Interact with clients (gather requirements, analyze needs, plan strategically, and report progress);
Collaborate closely with developers, coordinate their work at all stages, distribute tasks, control deadlines, and support and motivate the team;
Oversee projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met;
Participate in the development of project and company service promotion strategies;
Prepare and update project-related information on internal and external company resources, maintaining project documentation;
Compile reports on completed projects and reporting periods.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager;
Spoken English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher;
Deep understanding of IT project management specifics;
Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work with a distributed team, and the capability to build rapport with both clients and developers;
Experience managing projects based on Agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum);
Skills and experience in planning, resource and risk management, leadership qualities, and successful team management;
Extensive experience comunicating with international clients;
Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues;
Ability to document processes, define tasks for software developers, and test implemented features;
Ability to independently complete assigned tasks, quickly understand new systems and processes;
Proactiveness, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility for results.

Understanding of software development principles and basic client-server architecture;
Proficiency in MS Office, Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
